If you purchased printed sheet music from SAXpress.com and there is a misprint or physical defect, please let us know via the contact form. We’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the problem, we may choose to mail only a corrected score, part, or a complete set. There are no refunds on printed sheet music.
If you purchased digital sheet music and you believe there is an error in the part, please bring it to our attention as soon as you can. Use the contact form and follow these steps:
- include the title, how your music was delivered (download or mailed), and the SKU-number (bottom right corner of score cover or bottom left corner of score pages).
- Explain what the mistake is and where it is in the score. Include a measure number and part name if possible.
- If we find there is a mistake, a correction will be made, and a new digital copy will be emailed to you.
- There are no refunds on digital/downloaded sheet music.
When you pay with PayPal on any website PayPal Purchase Protection covers you if you have a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, they may help you get a full refund.
Any products purchased at links to third-party sellers are completely subject to that third party’s policies; SAXpress is not responsible for any third-party policies or security issues.
All accessories and book purchases (and some gifts) are completed on Amazon.com. Please follow their customer service or return policy. SAXpress is not responsible for the content on or policies of third-party vendors. If there’s anything we can do to help, we will, but if you purchased something via Amazon.com or another third-party seller, any returns or replacements will have to be through that vendor, not SAXpress.
